Enriching Your Sales Team One (Virtual) Training at a Time

The fourth feature we want to talk about within the Fox Selling System, are the virtual live trainings. We are so thrilled to be able to offer this because there is nothing like live training where we can engage the attendees in ways with polls, breakouts, and workshops to get people to think.

E-learning modules are terrific but there is nothing like live training where we can really engage with folks. Again, getting them to rehearse, practice, and ultimately develop.

The three major areas we have the live training on are similar to the e-learning in that we've got five webinars two times a year for the sales process. We've got five webinars two times a year for sales coaching and leadership. And five webinars two times a year for key account leadership. 

Again, we can get a lot deeper into these particular examples. We can get into do's and don'ts and ultimately engage the learner at a much higher level. When you have many folks on your team attend we can break them out into specific workshops so your folks will be learning alongside others within the company.

It's a wonderful way that folks can learn. If they can't watch them live, we have them available via archives within the platform that folks can watch at their convenience. Again, they're roughly two hours sometimes as much as three hours depending on the number of people and the engagement. It doesn't take that long but a rich, powerful learning opportunity that we would encourage all of our clients to take advantage of.
